The Role of the Management Committee
The Management Committee is made up from a team of people who work closely with the Head Teacher to make key decisions vital to the successful running of the West Cumbria Learning Centre. The Committee plays an important role in improving standards throughout the school, and makes decisions that directly affect the education and well-being of the pupils.
The Management Committee has delegated some of its responsibilities to 3 sub-committees: Staffing and Finance; Quality of Education; Personal Development, Behaviour and Attitudes.
The remit of each sub-committee is detailed within the Terms of Reference.
